The '30 x 30 Challenge' is BACK! This May is Mental Health Awareness Month, which means it’s time to move your body and release your mind.
Commit to 30 minutes of movement each day for 30 days and be part of something bigger—prioritizing mental and physical wellness while raising money to fund access to mental health help. Together, we’re pushing past obstacles and taking strides toward a healthier mind and body.
Stay engaged with raffles, daily motivation, and weekly movement meet-ups! Just remember—each workout must be completed in one continuous 30-minute session to count (no sneaky split sessions!).
Most apps (Strava, Garmin, etc.) can sync directly to Challenge Hound to input your workout session. But, please be sure to double check that each session is recorded appropriately.
